Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - Casting Call

CASTING CALL – SNOW WHITE & PRINCE ROGER

Globus Theatre | Bobcaygeon, Ontario

PAID NON-UNION OPPORTUNITY

Globus Theatre is seeking two talented performers to join the cast of Snow White, our annual traditional British pantomime!

Our Christmas panto is a much-loved Globus tradition and the one truly community production we stage each year. We welcome local children of all ages and abilities to take to the stage alongside professional performers, creating a wonderfully chaotic, hilarious and heartwarming theatrical experience for the whole family.

We're looking for two performers who embrace the larger-than-life fun of British panto, have excellent comic instincts and genuinely enjoy sharing the stage with young performers.

SNOW WHITE – Female Performer

Our quintessential fairytale princess! Sweet, innocent, warm-hearted and utterly endearing.

We're looking for an actress with natural charm, excellent comic timing and the ability to play the traditional panto leading lady with sincerity while embracing all the silliness happening around her.

Must have a good singing voice, a playful spirit and a genuine love of working with children.

PRINCE ROGER – Male Performer

Our dashing, heroic and ever-so-slightly cheeky Prince Charming!

Handsome, charming, confident and wonderfully endearing, Prince Roger is our traditional panto hero, arriving to rescue Snow White and win the hearts of the audience along the way.

We're looking for an actor with strong comic timing, great audience rapport and the ability to balance romantic leading-man charm with a healthy dose of panto mischief.

A good singing voice and a willingness to throw yourself wholeheartedly into the fun are essential!
